M&A: HR and Organizational Growth Strategy Workshop
More than 50% of mergers and acquisitions fail to achieve their goals, not because of external forces, but because of failures in managing people and processes through an efficient, productive integration. Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations School has engaged Robert H. Schaffer & Associates and PPL Logic to present a workshop that will guide HR leaders to avoid the pitfalls and seize the opportunity that integration offers.
